Major renovation of an existing 1960’s 3-story office building in Hollywood into a multifaceted 36,000 square foot Regional Homeless Center.

This facility houses innovative full-service programs that provide a holistic approach to empowering homeless people and getting them back to independent living. The program consists of separate men’s and women’s residential floors with both private rooms and group sleeping areas, kitchen, and dining areas. Administrative offices, a health clinic, a job center, spaces for various rehabilitation and educational programs are on the ground floor, recreation areas and parking are on low roofs.
